The Administrators from Faculty Program (AFP) is a program designed to identify and prepare appointive faculty to be competitive for administrative leadership positions. The program's focus is most appropriate for those aspiring to enter or advance within the senior leadership ranks (examples of senior level leadership include associate deans, deans, vice presidents, district directors, associate vice chancellors, provosts, college presidents and vice chancellors).
