As we in Maricopa move from being the good system that we are, to a truly great system, we need to continue to build our leadership bench strength. Building on the journey that our Chancellor's Executive Council began, we start by embracing a common set of shared leadership principles that will serve to guide us along the way.
The Leadership Foundation program will address the following MCCCD Leadership Principles (adopted from The Leadership Challenge, by Kouzes & Posner, 2007) and will serve as the guide and compass for our collective behaviors.
