Reassignments

To initiate a temporary or administrative reassignment, the following forms and documentation should be sent to your appropriate College HR Coordinator:
  1. Personnel Action Request (doc)
  2. Essential Functions and Physical Requirements (doc)
  3. Employee Resume (employee needs to provide to supervisor)
  4. Email from supervisor justifying need for reassignment and a brief explanation of how the employee meets the minimum qualifications for the position (*this applies to administrative reassignment only).
