New Employee Orientation
MCCCD has grown rapidly over the years. With this growth has come a need for new employees to better understand their role in supporting MCCCD's culture and expectations. New employees are expected to attend the orientation where various topics will be discussed, e.g., vision, mission, goals, values, benefits, and operational guidelines, etc. Each employee will receive an Employee Reference Guide to take back to their workplace to assist them as they acclimate themselves to their new position and to Maricopa.
