Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation Employee Recognition Program

Statement of Purpose:The Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation Employee Recognition Program recognizes employees at the Maricopa Community Colleges who have made outstanding contributions to the District's mission.

How it Works: Nominations are reviewed by a panel of Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation Board members and/or community leaders. Five awards are made annually to individual employees or teams of employees in the form of a $1,000 scholarship given in each awardee's name to a student at any Maricopa Community College or center. Awardees are recognized at the annual Foundation Luncheon in April.

How to Nominate a Colleague: All employees are eligible for nomination, regardless of employment status or policy group membership. Nominations can be made by any Maricopa Community College employee or student, but self-nominations are not accepted.
