Phoenix Aviation Advisory Board

• Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a "self-supported" department of the City of Phoenix and, as such, it must function as a private enterprise organization in order to survive.The board is responsible for recommending policies to the city council that will enable the airport to achieve its mission and maintain financial stability.
• Appointed member by Mayor Terry Goddard for a 3-year term (expired 1992)
