If Audio/Video requests are not submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the planned event, there is no guarantee that equipment or services can be made available.

All equipment, services and support are available on a first come, first serve basis and are for use within the District Office Building only.

For events with a starting/ending time or day not within the District Office Building business hours, please contact the District Office Helpdesk at 480.731.8632.

Note: When reserving the Governing Board Room consider using the dedicated computer and Proxima projector currently setup for presentations.
