Auto Refills Deliver Peace of Mind

Express Scripts is pleased to introduce Auto Refills for members who use Home Delivery from the Express Scripts Pharmacy. Auto Refills is a new convenience feature that helps make sure members never run out of their maintenance medications. Now, that’s peace of mind!

Members who use Home Delivery can enroll one, some, or all of their maintenance medications in Auto Refills online or by phone. A notification is sent (by email or phone) when a refill is scheduled to begin processing within 7 days. Members may cancel or reschedule their Auto Refill at any time prior to script processing and can un-enroll in the program at any time.
