Vision Service Plan (VSP) - Vision Services

VSP provides vision services as part of the MCCCD medical plan. Providers are also available outside of Arizona. 

As of July 1, 2007, your social security number will no longer be used as your member ID.  Instead, your member ID will be your employee ID number with a preceding zero (i.e.: 020201414).

To use your VSP benefit:

1. Find a VSP network doctor at vsp.com or call 800-877-7195
2. Make an appointment and tell the doctor you are a VSP member
3. Your doctor and VSP will handle the rest
