The Human Resources Customer Service Advisory Team was created to examine how to improve the Human Resources Division in the areas of customer service, employee satisfaction and business processes.

Our first charge was to create a Human Resources Vision, Mission and Values statement that was reflective of the Human Resource Division's model of creativity and innovation in higher education.

This has been accomplished by communicating with our internal and external customers. The results of this collaborative effort outlined the Division's areas of focus. The Human Resources Division will continue to move forward through visioning excellence.
