Generally, Transfer Articulation is the alignment of community college curriculum with university courses and programs. This is accomplished through the process of developing ongoing communication and agreements between and among two- and four-year postsecondary institutions.
For Maricopa, Transfer Articulation takes place after curriculum has been approved by the District Governing Board. The Center for Curriculum & Transfer Articulation provides support for articulation of Maricopa courses that are evaluated by the Arizona public universities.
CCTA also provides support, research, and analysis for articulation of Maricopa programs with baccalaureate degrees at partner institutions.
