IC Voting Procedures
Each college is given the opportunity to be represented on each IC. Many ICs include more than one discipline, so while there may be more than one faculty member from a college, each college has only one vote. Each college represented on the ICs must identify the voting member for the IC. The IC chair is responsible for ensuring that each college represented on the IC votes accordingly. When more than one faculty representative from the college is in attendance, a roll call vote is suggested.
In cases where the voting member cannot be present, he/she may delegate the vote to another residential faculty member.
