We have ten colleges located throughout the greater Phoenix Metro region, making it easy to find a convenient location for you. Our students earn credits which can be applied towards a bachelor's degree at a university. In addition to great educational programs, our location is ideal for exploring all of the great natural wonders that Arizona has to offer. What is a Community College?

Community colleges are publicly funded institutions of higher education in the United States offering the first two years of a typical bachelor’s degree program. Programs offered at community colleges include: university-transfer programs, technical programs, job-training programs, basic skills programs, special-interest programs. International students are probably most interested in the first program noted on the list above – the university-transfer program. Community colleges offer the first two years of a normal four-year bachelor’s degree program. Students can prepare themselves to transfer to a four-year institution by completing lower division courses at the community college, instead of at a university. After two years, students can apply to the four-year college or university to complete their degree.
