1) Provide documentation of completion of Human Subjects Research Training. (Identify the Training provider, date completed on the application.)
2) Provide Institutional Review Board approval from your institution, if you had your institution review your proposal. (Attach to application.)
3) Complete the Application to Conduct Human Subjects Research.

5) The IRB Office will contact the appropriate administrators to determine their interest in permitting the research to be conducted at their respective campuses.
6) If there is college interest to learn more about your proposed research, the application will be forwarded to the Maricopa County Community College District Institutional Review Board (MCCCD IRB) for review.
7) The IRB will subsequently notify the applicant of its decision.
8) Please allow ample lead time in submitting your application.
