The District Computer Operations area, supervised by Randall Byrd and staffed by Mike Remsburg, Jeff Sasser, Florin Dehelean, and Jason Lowman with administrative support provided by Christina Millanez, anticipated a "business as usual" future as well as a major change in the way forms and reports are produced. Streamlining operations tasks and improving methods of documentation this past year continued to keep Operations on track to the future. The operations team coordinated major print jobs including most checks used throughout the district, and oversaw the nightly back-ups of all enterprise systems located at the District Office.
