Enterprise Reporting Team

Reports
The Reporting Team has developed hundreds of
Crystal Reports to assist the colleges in their day-
to-day activities.  Crystal reports come in many
styles.  Reports can be formatted for printing, view-
ing or even for transmitting data to another system.
Reports can be pre-calculated, and scheduled to be
run at specific times, dates, and/or run on demand.

Report Descriptions
Report descriptions contain detailed information
about each report. This includes parameters, group-
ing, sorting and fields displayed. To view the Report
Catalog, (a list of the reports), in PDF format,

list of legacy report IDs and their Corresponding
Crystal report ID (in PDF format) click here .

Requesting New Reports/
Modifications to Current Reports

The Reporting Team realizes college reporting needs
are constantly changing. To request a change to an
existing report or to request a new report, submit a
help desk request using the Rio Help Desk system
and please include as much detail as possible. When
the request is received by the Reporting Team, we
will review it for completeness and then forward it to
the appropriate functional team (Student Records,
Financial Aid, etc.) for review and approval. If they
approve the report or change, it is sent back to the
reporting team and it is worked on as time permits.
When the report is complete, it is given to the
functional team for testing. After the report is ap-
proved by the functional team, it is placed in BOExi
for the colleges’ use. If the request is not approved,
the functional team responds to the requester with
the reason the request was rejected.
