Business Objects Enterprise Access
To access the Student Information System data through
Business Objects Enterprise, it is first necessary to be
knowledgeable in data security issues as well as laws
governing the use of this data. To view the MCCD General
Council's discussion of the Federal Education Rights and
Privacy Act (FERPA) and to take the FERPA tutorial click here .
After taking the FERPA tutorial and signing the agreement,
you must complete and submit a copy of the Business Objects
Enterprise Security Request form. To download a copy of the
