Blackboard Learner Support
- If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please DO NOT use the help option embedded within the Blackboard System. This help function is designed to assist "students" who are enrolled in an MCCCD academic course. Employees are asked to follow the following learner support process:
- If you are experiencing technical difficulties of a general nature, e.g., not able to log in, browser or equipment functionality, etc., please contact your college/site help desk.
- If you are experiencing course specific or Blackboard functionality difficulties, e.g., you are not appearing as enrolled in the course, you want to know how to access your quiz score or grade, how to complete the feedback form, etc., your first point of contact will be Beth Eberhardt at 480-731-8281 or beth.eberhardt@domail.maricopa.edu
- Important reminder: The Blackboard system maintenance is every Thursday between 5:00 AM & 7:00 AM and your course will not be accessible during this timeframe. For complete status information check the System Status page posted on the landing page as you begin to log into Blackboard.
