The American National Standards Institute document number A92.6-1999 and A92.5-1999 recommend two separate training classes for Self-Propelled Elevated Working Platforms and Boom-Supported Elevated Working Platforms; the first is the classroom portion and the second is a hands-on performance evaluation of each driver on each type of equipment. This workshop fulfills both the classroom-portion training requirement and the hands-on evaluation. The hands-on evaluation portion requires the use of the specific aerial lift the class participant will be operating. To accomplish this, employees will be given an area specific evaluation form to be completed by the area supervisor. This course includes a written test and hands-on evaluation which each must be passed with a score of 80% or better to receive a certificate of completion.

This course is intended for all persons who work near permit-required confined spaces. In general, confined spaces are considered to be open topped enclosures with depths that restrict the natural movement of air; or enclosures with limited openings for entry and exit. Examples of confined spaces include: storage tanks, process vessels, bins, silos, boilers, ventilation or exhaust ducts, sewers, pipe chassis, underground utility vaults, tunnels, trenches, pits, and pipelines. - Recognize harmful comments, attitudes and behaviors in interpersonal relationships

According to OSHA, any time a worker is at a height of six feet or more, the worker is at risk and needs to be protected from a fall. This interactive course trains workers to identify potential fall hazards, determine which equipment to use in specific work environments and demonstrate proper anchorage procedures. Participants will also demonstrate their knowledge of proper fall protection selection and inspections procedures. This course includes a written test which each must be passed with a score of 80% or better to receive a certificate of completion.
If able, participants should bring their connecting devices and anchorage connectors for inspection and full body harness for fit testing.

All employees using respirators should be trained every year in the selection, fitting, use, and care of respirators. This course covers the following content: why the respirator is necessary and how improper fit, use, or maintenance can compromise its protective effect, limitations and capabilities of the respirator, effective use in emergency situations, how to inspect, put on and remove, use and check the seals, maintenance and storage, recognition of medical signs and symptoms that may limit or prevent effective use, and general requirements of OSHA's respirator standard.Participants who have completed their Medical Evaluation and wear respirators that rely on a mask-to-face seal will be fitted for a respirator. This annually required fit test is to determine whether the mask provides an acceptable fit to a wearer.
This course includes a written test and hands-on evaluation which each must be passed with a score of 80% or better to receive a certificate of completion. If able, participants should bring their reusable respirators (with N95 or better filters) for use during fit testing.
