In
1974, Congress enacted the Family Educational Rights and Privacy
Act (FERPA), which places restrictions on any school, college or
university receiving federal funds over the release of student records.
In this site, you'll find information on MCCCD's policies that were
adopted to comply with FERPA requirements as well as other pertinent
laws regarding access to other forms of official records.

- Click on the "Courses" tab to display the courses in which you are enrolled
- Click on the "MCCCD Employee FERPA Compliance" course
- Click on the "Course Information" link, located on the navigation menu to the left
- Click on "Begin FERPA Online Tutorial"
- Click the "Completion Form" link on the left Blackboard navigation menu and follow the instructions to receive credit for this course
