What is the student loan code of conduct?

Maricopa's Governing Board adopted the Student Loan Code of Conduct in 2008. It is closely patterned on a model code which the Arizona Attorney General drafted that same year. The Code represents an important component of the Chancellor's Public Stewardship vision, and promotes accountability and transparency in financial aid operations at all of the Maricopa Community Colleges.
