Professional Growth Funding
Professional Growth funds are awarded to MAT members by the MAT Professional Growth Committee. The budget for the 2010-2011 fiscal year is $814,000. These funds support MAT tuition reimbursement, book reimbursement, conference and seminar expenses, and the annual MAT conference each Spring.
The maximum professional growth award per MAT employee is currently $4,000 per fiscal year. These funds are available for tuition reimbursement, professional conferences, and training workshops.
