elcome to the website for the Maricopa Council on Black American Affairs (MCBAA)! MCBAA is one of the special interest employee groups within the Maricopa County Community College District.

This organization strives to promote academic and professional success for African-American students, administrators, faculty and staff. The Council focuses on: the recruitment, retention and success of African-American students-American employees; and collaborative partnerships.

MCBAA actively supports equity in intellectual opportunity, multiculturalism, diversity and collegial exchange of ideas.
