This organization strives to promote academic and professional success for African-American students, administrators, faculty and staff.

The Council focuses on: the recruitment, retention and success of African-American students-American employees; and collaborative partnerships. MCBAA actively supports equity in intellectual opportunity, multiculturalism, diversity and collegial exchange of ideas.
