The James and Ernie Comedy Show presented
a night of side-splitting comedy. James Junes and Ernest Tsosie III are
"James and Ernie", the first-ever Navajo comedy duo. Their show
is a mixture of Reservation humor, stand-up comedy, sketch comedy and musical
satire. Along with plenty of laughs, James and Ernie also deliver healthy
lifestyle messages of wellness, fitness, and saying "no" to drugs, alcohol
and domestic abuse.
Recorded before a live audience, October 27, 2006,

| Fall 2009 Faculty Storytelling Concert: |
| "Love of Story" |
Featuring Honoring*:
Retiring and Former Storytelling Institute Director, LynnAnn Wojciechowicz |
|
 |
|
From the Program Notes:
Our annual Fall Faculty Storytelling Concert features
honors* LynnAnn Wojciechowicz, who retires in May. She is joined
honored* by faculty members Doug Bland, Lorraine Calbow, Ricardo Provencio,
and Liz Warren, among others.
All will focus on the theme "Love of Story." It was "love of story"
that inspired Lorraine Calbow to gather her colleagues and start our Storytelling
Institute. It is "love of story" that continually prompts us to share
tales, whether they be about love or transformation or lessons learned. |
| *Ed. Note: Former South Mountain Community College
Storytelling Institute Director, LynnAnn Wojciechowicz, who was to have
been "featured" (as in "top billed") for this faculty concert, in honor
of her planned retirement next May, recently had to go on medical leave
and was not able to appear in this production, after all. For this
reason, her colleague storytellers dedicated their collective individual
performances in this concert "in honor of LynnAnn." |

Wojciechowicz.
