The Analyst Team (aka: Organizational Process Analyst Team) (OPAT) is tasked with facilitating business process change management discussions and activities to identify, document, and analyze current and future Maricopa business processes; facilitate the determination of how these processes align with new SIS processes; and changes that may occur within the organizational structure as a result of changed processes.
