Project Champion Training Course
Course Description
This two hour course is designed for the leadership of departments that will be completing Business Process Analysis projects. The Project Champion Training course covers the role of a Champion, an overview of Business Process Analysis, change management, and a brief discussion of what is taught in the Business Process Analyst Training Course.
Course Objectives
- Explain the role and responsibility of a Project Champion to successfully complete a Business Process Analysis project.
- Describe the Business Process Analysis process.
- Explain the importance of process documentation and process improvement.
- Effectively prepare a group for change and manage a change iniatitive.
- Identify the skills gained in Business Process Analyst training.
