Course Description

This one hour course is designed for departmental staff members that will be working on Business Process Analysis projects. The Team Member Training course provides an overview of Business Process Analysis, and explains the responsibilites of a Team Member so that they are fully prepared to contribute on Business Process Analysis projects.

Course Objectives

• Describe the Business Process Analysis process.
• Explain the importance of process documentation and process improvement.
• Explain the role and responsibilities of a Team Member to support the successful completion of a Business Process Analysis project.
• Explain the benefits of change in an organization.
