As a
benefit of membership, with approval
of your Executive Committee, you have access to our
attorneys. MCCD
Faculty Association counsel, Mike Napier, has advised us that, in the
event any
faculty are contacted by any law enforcement agency, the faculty member
should
contact our lawyers before responding to any law enforcement
requests. On
December 11th, the Faculty Executive Council gave
blanket approval
for any Faculty Association member in such circumstances to contact
Mike Napier and/or his
associates immediately. They can be
