Council was informed that members of the Public Relations Committee and the Meet and Confer Team met with RR Partners to discuss an action plan for public relations.  Council heard details about the action plan.  Council received copies of the drafted action plan.  Council listened to a report of one member's discussion with a Governing Board member who responded to a memo that was part of the recent letter writing campaign to the Governing Board.  The Meet and Confer Team reported information about this year's process.  Council further discussed the action plan.  Some Council members requested that all faculty should be informed of the action plan before any action commences.
