Council received copies of the proposed 2003-2004 Faculty Association Budget.  Council reviewed the budget and discussed the numbers.  Council gave suggestions for some changes.  A motion was made and seconded to keep the dues at the same amount for 2003-2004, $225 for appointive and probationary faculty, and $112.50 for retired faculty.  A vote was taken, and the motion passed unanimously.  A revised budget will be presented at the next Council meeting.
