Sandra Stuebner reminded Council about the strategic conversation on shared governance with the Governing Board would be held later in the evening.  Sandra complimented Barry Vaughan for his work on the paper and PowerPoint presentation for the strategic conversation.  She said that the team of Jamie Moore, Jeff Ricker, Naomi Story, and Barry had planned an interesting and opportunity for discussion.  Sandra asked the team what Council members should do during the strategic conversation.  Jamie Moore asked Council members to spread out to get a good mix during the small group discussions.  Jamie said that the discussion would focus on what's working, what's not working, and where improvements could be made on shared governance.  Sandra Stuebner will begin the conversation with a welcome before making introductions.
