Janice Reilly and Barry Vaughan reviewed the status of the Meet and Confer process.  They reviewed the update sent to all faculty and the responses received.  Janice and Barry discussed the Chair proposal presented by the Governing Board and the Faculty Team's counterproposal.  Discussion ensued.  A motion was made and seconded to approve the Faculty Team's counterproposal and strategy.  A vote was taken, and the motion carried with eleven yeas, one nay and one abstention.
