Reyes told Council that the Jury Duty Language Change to the All Employee Group Manual was pulled from the agenda at the March 25, 2008 Governing Board meeting.  The proposal will be revisited and separate language would be written for the faculty.  Reyes was asked who would be writing the new language.  Reyes replied that he told Al Crusoe that faculty must be included in writing the language for faculty.  A concern was raised about writing the language in the summer when faculty were on break.  Reyes said that he did not think that rewriting the language would be put on hold until the faculty return in August.  Council thanked Reyes for addressing this issue with the Governing Board.
