Council reviewed copies of the biographies of the nominees for next year's Meet and Confer team and for the 2008-2009 FEC President-Elect.  Council discussed the elections process for the Meet and Confer Team and the President-Elect, Treasurer and Secretary.  Reyes informed Council that the elections would take place at the April 22, 2008 FEC meeting.
