Council reviewed copies of policy changes that were First Reading Items at the Governing Board's August 28, 2007 Meeting.  Reyes asked that Council members send comments/feedback to him by Friday, September 14, 2007.  Reyes said that he wanted to take Council's input to the administration to try to pull the items off the table.  Council was told that these policies are drafted for the Governing Board and sometimes the Board does not know what they are approving.  There is concern that there is some conflicting language in the policies and further review, investigation and discussion is needed.  One Council member offered to write comments.
