Reyes Medrano informed Council that the PR firm had asked if Council would approve a list of courses that would be added as required courses for contractors.  Reyes said that the PR firm represents the contractor's group that is promoting this list.  A point was made that Council should promote any course.  A motion was made and seconded to approve the list of courses that would be required for contractors to take to keep their licenses current.  A vote was taken, and the motion passed unanimously.
