Council reviewed a recommendation from John Seims on a Share Point web site.  A suggestion was made that the whole committee meet to review and discuss this issue first and then make a recommendation to Council.  A motion was made and seconded to table this issue until Council's January 8^th meeting.  A vote was taken, and the motion passed unanimously.
