Debbie Thompson and Carl Ward gave a presentation on the revised Acknowledgement and Disclosures "forms" web site.  Council gave some suggestions for different wording of the "forms."  A Question and Answer session followed the presentation.    After the visit, discussion ensued regarding administration having to sign multi-question forms regarding their jobs
