An email response from Teresa Toney to Reyes Medrano was read to Council.  The email informed Reyes that the proposal was being shared with the Chancellor's Executive Council and then the proposal would be sent out for general comment after the winter break.  Council was told that Mike Napier was reviewing the current policies and will issue his opinion to Council.  A suggestion was made to organize a writing campaign when the proposal goes out for open comment.
