Welcome to the new Student Information System and Faculty Center! Click the Help link for help on accessing and using the application. Help is also available within the application. The Student Information System is available 6:00 am (MST) to 3:00 am (MST) Monday through Sunday
HRMS is available 24x7 except for a brief period at night (11:10-11:25 pm, Mon-Fri). CFS is available 24x7 except for a brief period at night (10:00-10:30 pm, Mon-Fri) and only within the Maricopa network.
If you are a faculty member and receive a message that your account has been disabled or you do not have access to th Faculty Center it may be that you have not completed the FERPA tutorial. All faculty must complete the FERPA tutorial. After completing the tutorial your College SIS Security Administrator will set up your access to the Faculty Center.
Browsers. Do not use the browser back button to navigate between screens as this may cause slow performance or even the inability to save a transaction. Do not close a session by using the browser’s "X" button in the right hand corner as this does not sign you out of the system and leaves your session open. Get in the habit of clearing your cache and browser cookies often so the latest version of the system is stored by your browser. For more information about browsers click here.
