The President-Elect shall assume the duties of the president in their absence and serve as chair to the summer conference committee. If the office of the president is vacant the president-elect shall assume the position for the remainder of that term and the succeeding term.

The Secretary shall be the official recorder for PSA, distribute agendas and minutes for Association meetings and maintain official files, correspondence and committee reports.

The Treasurer shall open, record and maintain financial records for PSA, maintain a current list of PSA members and cooperate with the audit committee.
