WIGS - Wildly Important Goals - 2007 - 2008
A target
Increase Committed PSA Membership & Participation – See Action Plan
Purpose: The goal this year is not just to increase membership numbers, but to increase active participation in PSA and PSA activities. PSA can only thrive and achieve the most benefit to PS employees if we all get involved.

Promote Leadership Development & Training - See Action Plan
Purpose: As PS employees we need to take advantage of every learning opportunity possible – whether it is through PSD, PSI, PEL, PSA Meetings, EOLT, MOSAIC, etc. Knowledge is power, ignorance is not bliss.

Create a 360 Degree Communication Environment – See Action Plan
Purpose: We want to create a 360 Degree communication circle. This means communicating not just within our PS/PSA family circle, but with other employee and constituency groups within the MCCCD community.
