You can also call 480-731-8700. You will be asked to leave a message and your call will be returned in the order it is received.

Electronic 1098-T Forms Now Available

Electronic 1098-T forms are now available for download (as of January 12, 2012). If you choose not to request an electronic 1098-T, you will receive a paper 1098-T form in 3 - 4 weeks.

To retrieve your 1098-T electronically:

1. Launch a web browser and go to http://tra.vangent.com (note: Internet Explorer 9  users may need to use “Compatibility View”)
2. Click the “First Time Students” Button.
3. Enter your full first and last names and the last 5 digits of your social security number.
4. Click "Submit."
5. If records are present for you, you will be instructed to create an account.  Follow the instructions on the website to create a free account and retrieve your 1098-T.  If records are not found for you or you have difficulty creating account, use the “Help” link in the left menu.

Remember, once you create an account and receive this form electronically, a hard copy 1098-T will not be mailed to you. However, if you elect to receive your 1098-T electronically, you will be able to print it today, and you can go to the website as often as needed to retrieve additional copies.
