Maricopa Governance Policy Manual Online

MCCCD employees are familiar with the Blue Book, an abbreviated version of Governing Board Policies, Administrative Regulations and the All Employee Manual. Its review is part of the mandatory disclosures that full-time employees must submit every fiscal year. However, the Blue Book does not contain all Governing Board Policies and Administrative Regulations, nor does it include all the contents of the Employee Group policy manuals. The full Maricopa Governance policy manual can be found online. A print version of the entire manual is also available to download as a PDF.

Maricopa Governance

The online manual contains the policies and regulations of Maricopa Governance, a leadership model adopted by the Governing Board of the Maricopa County Community College District in 1996 that establishes a framework for accountability to our constituents. The manual is comprised of two distinct sections—Governance Policies and Administrative Regulations.
