Trend reports created by the OPS are shared with the Chancellor's Executive Council, Governing Board Members, job group presidents, General Counsel, Director Internal Audit and Management Advisory Services, Director Enterprise Risk Management and Claims Manager on a quarterly basis. Reports are also shared with the Audit and Finance Committee as needed.
