In the event you have access issues with my.maricopa.edu and find you need to have your password reset, follow these steps:

1. Contact the College Help Desk (see "Contact Us")
2. Ask for your MEID password to be changed
3. Write down your temporary password
4. Go to my.maricopa.edu
5. Click "Reset MEID Password"
6. On the left side of the screen, click "SPAT Login"
7. Type in your MEID
8. Type in your temporary password.
   Since this is a temporary password, and for security purposes, it is set with an expiration. Please make your changes quickly.
9. Type in the oblique (word) that you see at the bottom of the page and then click "Login"
10. Reset your password and select challenge questions
11. Go to my.maricopa.edu and log in with new password
