The Educational & Institutional Cooperative Service, Inc. organization, of which MCCCD is a member, has competitively bid and awarded Rental Car contracts to Enterprise/National and Hertz Car Rental companies.
It appears only the Enterprise/National (E&I Program #XZ24488) contract pricing includes insurance rates (CDW and 100/300/50 SLP) and those rates meet or exceed MCCCD requirements. If reserving online,

You will be asked for a 3-digit code, which is EIC. Reservations can also be made by calling 800-736-8222.
Rates for Hertz (E&I Contract CNR#01252) do not include insurance. If this company
or any other is preferred over Enterprise,
they will need to pay additional costs for the minimum insurance MCCCD requires (CDW and 100/300/25 SLP or CSL) for anyone renting a vehicle for MCCCD business.
