It is the intent of the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD or the District) to select an AV Contractor to install Audio Visual Systems in the Performing Arts Center, currently under construction on the main campus of Estrella Mountain Community College, 3000 North Dysart Road, Avondale, AZ 85392.

The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is accepting sealed Bids to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for:

BLUFORD HALL ROOF REPLACEMENT
CHANDLER-GILBERT COMMUNITY COLLEGE/WILLIAMS CAMPUS
PROJECT NO. 100047

Work consists of tear-off of existing roof system of approximately 96,000 square feet and replace with coated foamed roofing system. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications issued by the MCCCD Facilities Planning and Development Department. The project is estimated between $500,000 and $550,000. Bid documents will be available April 7, 2014.

WEB SCALE DISCOVERY SOLUTION FOR LIBRARY SERVICES


The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) intends to acquire or license a software system and implementation services for the purpose of providing a Web Scale Discovery solution for the students, faculty and staff at all ten Maricopa colleges and its district office. This Web Scale Discovery solution will provide a next-generation approach to information discovery and search, integrating resources that include but not limited to institutional repositories, full-text databases, open education resources, integrated library system, subject indexes, eBooks, digitized content and the like.

Work consists of providing Paving Maintenance including asphalt pavement repairs, pavement maintenance, microsurfacing, installing new signs, posts, replacing asphalt with concrete flatwork, and wheel stops, stripping, curb replacement, milling and overlaying asphalt concrete, placing of soil cement in areas determined necessary by Terracon, marking and stenciling at various parking lots and roadways at various campuses. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications issued by the MCCCD Facilities Planning and Development Department. The project is estimated between $650,000 and $750,000. Bid documents will be available April 2, 2014 for a $25.00 per set (check or money order only) refundable deposit payable to (Maricopa County Community College District or M.C.C.C.D).
