LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICE

The Maricopa County College District is accepting sealed Bids to select a contractor to provide complete Landscape Maintenance Services at Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC), 18401 N 32nd St., Phoenix, AZ 85032. The award will be made to the responsible and responsive Bidder submitting the lowest Total Cost per month. This is and all or nothing award.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting, followed by a site walk thru, will be held at PVCC at 10:00 A.M. (MST), Tuesday, December 1, 2009 in Room KSC 212, Kranitz Student Center. All interested Bidders must attend and sign in.
