ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES
The Maricopa Community College District is accepting sealed proposals for:
RFP FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES FOR MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
Services to be performed: The Maricopa County Community College District (“District”) is seeking proposals from experienced energy conservation product and services companies to provide and install or implement, as applicable, energy reduction measures, strategies, equipment, and products that will advance the District’s energy efficiency objectives. The District has undertaken significant steps over the past decade to implement programmatic Energy Conservation Measures (“ECMs”) District-wide and wishes to identify additional measures that compliment and / or advance projects already in place and further improve the overall efficiency of their energy consumption.
The objective of this RFP is to solicit ECMs that will offer the overall best value and return on cost to the District. The District does not have a stated preference for either technology or measures. In addition to this solicitation for ECMs, the District will be issuing future RFP(s) for renewable and sustainable energy sources to further advance their energy sustainability and climate goals.
- Reducing energy use and attributable emissions including greenhouse gases;
- Improving the efficiency of the District’s energy consumption;
- Promoting renewable alternatives and sustainable energy sources; and
- Procuring energy at a reasonable cost.
The District’s consultant, Pace Global Energy Services, LLC (“Consultant”), will be assisting the District in administering and evaluating the results of this RFP.
The Request For Proposal may be picked up at the Maricopa Community Colleges, District Support Services Center, Purchasing Office, 5th Floor at 2411 West 14th Street, Tempe, Arizona. The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) intends to engage the services of a company to Provide Consumer Surveys on an “as-required” basis. MCCCD is now accepting proposals for the services identified in this RFP.

The Maricopa County Community College District is accepting sealed proposals for:
CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THEATER FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS, ANNUAL SERVICES CONTRACT, DISTRICT WIDE
Maricopa County Community College District, seeks to enter into a contract with one or more firms or individuals for the provision of professional consulting services on an “as required”/”on call”/”annual services” basis related to the design and specification of FALL PROTECTION SYSTEMS for the District’s existing and new performing arts centers. The selected consultant(s) will provide, or assist each college to provide, a written fall protection plans, training manuals and personnel training for fall protection systems. At the District’s request, the consultant also may provide similar fall protection consulting, evaluations, system design, training and assistance at other non-performing center facilities as part of the District’s overall safety programs.. The limited size and time frame of these services do not lend themselves to individual requests for proposals, as such needs arise.

TENNIS COURT RECONSTRUCTION AT GLENDALE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) is accepting sealed Bids to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for:
TENNIS COURT RECONSTRUCTION AT GLENDALE COMMUNITY COLLEGE, PROJECT #110060.
Work consists of the demolition and reconstruction of 8 existing tennis courts. Also, includes new lighting, landscape and hardscaped amenities at Glendale Community College. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications issued by the MCCCD Facilities Planning and Development Department. The project is estimated between $900,000 and $950,000. Bid documents will be available February 9, 2012 for a $50.00 per set (check or money order only) refundable deposit payable to (Maricopa County Community College District or M.C.C.C.D).
