Richard Quiroz

Richard (Rick) Quiroz is Vice President and part owner of Perma-Finish, Inc., the largest powder coating facility in the Southwest. Since 1985, his company has served manufacturers of products such as light poles, lawnmowers, fencing, automobile components, consumer goods and architectural metals.

Perma-Finish's accomplishments include: perennial winner of the City of Phoenix clean water certificate, Arizona State Compensation Fund Safety Award in 1996, 2001 Maricopa Community Colleges SBDC Success Award winner, and National Minority Enterprise Development Weeks' Manufacturing Category winner in 2000.

Mr. Quiroz's duties as vice president include managing the sales department and customer relations. He is a graduate of AAAME (APS Academy for the Advancement of Minority and Women-owned Enterprises).

Since 2002, Mr. Quiroz has also been vice president and part owner of Link-it Fencing Solutions, a manufacturer of landscape fencing and accents marketing nationally to distributors and retail shelves.

Mr. Quiroz, a Phoenix native, is a member of the Phoenix Commission on the Economy.
